South Suburban Montessori School is a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation governed by a Board of Directors. The Board of Directors defines the mission of the school, creates strategies to achieve its long term strategic goals, and is fiscally responsible for all school property and the long-term welfare of the school. The Board of Directors exists to make decisions which will ensure a continuing high quality education consistent with the South Suburban Montessori School mission.
